Delivering the services

A combination of the building blocks are typically delivered through the following mechanisms:

Problem clinic and planning session.  Discussion of objectives, problems and concerns to co-design a process to achieve desired outcomes.

Getting high level sponsorship.  Preparing communication plan and selling the concepts to the Board or Senior management team.
