Innovation masterclass: On demand
Held at a great venue to stimulate innovation, this Masterclass is suitable for people who want to examine the creation of knowledge in more depth. This is learning by examining some paradoxes of innovation and learning from others experiences, rather than teaching. We expect participants will have read “Learning to Fly” and have practiced the concepts. They will leave with some clear actions to improve the effectiveness of innovation in their own teams and organisations.
The cost is £595+VAT for the one day event. For more details see the agenda.
Learning to Fly workshop: in house or public workshops
A one day experiential workshop by the authors covering the main aspects of Learning to Fly. Participants will leave with the confidence to apply some of the techniques, such as Peer Assists, After Action Reviews and building Knowledge Assets, in their own organisations. Chris and Geoff ran this recently as part of the Gurteen conference series. Here is what Ed Mitchell of KnowledgeBoard had to say:
“Geoff and Chris were excellent facilitators and story tellers - they made the delegates feel welcome and comfortable in an intense learning environment, and left them with practical experience of KM without too much theory.”

The cost is £495+VAT for the one day event including a signed copy of the second edition of “Learning to Fly”. For more details see the agenda.
